Job Details:
  • The Dental Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting with oral surgery and other procedures. This includes, but not limited to, preparing patients to be seen in the operator; providing general chair side assistance, infection control, the taking of x-rays, and other duties as assigned.

    Required Education/Required Training:  A minimum of six years experience. Completion of an accredited Certified Dental Assisting (CDA) Program. Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Certification. CPR Certified.

    Must be a Registered Dental Assistant with the District of Columbia Professional License Board.   

     Experience working with underserved or homeless populations preferred.
