The PT Site Coordinator will perform activities necessary to provide optimal patient care while overseeing all business and compliance operations for their particular off-site facility. patient evaluations, treatment plans, supervision of therapists and support staff, and communication with other members of the multidisciplinary team. The Site Coordinator will be responsible for planning and implementing training for nonprofessional staff, and coordinating or designating clinical internshipsserved at the respective center overseen. The Site Coordinator is responsible for directing the activities of the department in its day-to-day and month-to-monthoperations, These duties include designing and implementing departmental PI programs and evaluating department personnel. In addition, the Site Coordinator will oversee worked hours to ensure that the department is compliant in meeting the productivity value assigned to the department and assure the department is sufficiently staffed according to patient waiting times and patient volume. The Site Coordinator will work with the Director in formulation and implementation of the Capital budget process. The Site Coordinator will ensure the “TLC” Process is being carried out in the clinic and will gather data and reports to demonstrate objectively how this process is being carried out. The Site Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining communications with Eastman Medical staff to ensure that our partner’s needs are being met. It will be the responsibility of the Site Coordinator to market the facility to physicians, case managers, Eastman management, and other referral sources that are identified.
Must be a licensed P.T. or O.T., prefer 1-3 years of management experience.
BLS is required for any RN, LPN, PCT, Patient Transporter or other direct patient care provider. Emergency Department, Intensive Care Units, PACU, Medical Emergency Team and Anesthesia require ACLS. Pediatrics, SICU, Emergency Department and Medical Emergency Team also require PALS
