Education: High school education or equivalent is required. Training and Experience: Ability to type 60 wpm or better. Experience with computer systems. Secretarial and human resource experience preferred. Job Knowledge: Basic knowledge of human resources in a healthcare setting. Must have excellent social and telephone etiquette. Must have good grammar and composition. Responsible for, but not limited to, preparing all paperwork for new associates, scheduling new hire orientation and inservice related functions, filing all associate paperwork. Types policies, procedures and other related correspondence. Responsible for scheduling new hires for drug screens and initial paperwork. Assists in recruiting and associate functions.
