Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Development, or related field.
Training and Experience: Certified in fund-raising or two years experience in development or fundraising activities.
Job Knowledge: Understanding of cultivating relationships for philanthropic purposes. Ability to create programs that heighten the visibility of the Foundation. Functioning as an effective member of multidisciplinary teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of community relations and awareness of other fundraising campaigns.
DESCRIPTION:Works with and assists Executive Director of Foundation. Responsible for preparing statistical reports, meeting minutes, orientation, and in-service related materials. Types policies, procedures, and other related correspondence. Directs telephone communications. Knowledge of data base management systems. Position does not provide direct patient care. Coordinates activities involving other departments.
