Welcome to Eskenazi Health's online application system!This system allows you to store your application for future use, check the status of a current application, and sign up to receive notifications by e-mail when positions of interest become available.
Please note that beginning July 1, 2011, Eskenazi Health began participating in E-Verify, an Internet-based system that compares information from an employee's Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to data from U.S Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration records to confirm employment eligibility. This process occurs during an employee's pre-employment paperwork completion and physical.
Applicant Registration:If you are a first time applicant you will need to register in our system before completing an application.Registration requires a valid e-mail address.If you do not already have an e-mail account, you have two options:
·You can obtain one free of charge from various sources on the Internet (www.mail.yahoo.com, www.hotmail.com, or www.google.com/mail) and you will be able to access your e-mail from any computer that has Internet access.This allows us to communicate important job information to you (including the status of your application). Please note that creating an e-mail address while using Eskenazi Health's Employment Center computer kiosks is not an option.
·You may use firstname.lastname@example.org for your Eskenazi Health application process.However, please note that this is not a valid e-mail address and should not be used for anything other than submitting your application to Eskenazi Health.No additional correspondence will be made through this account.
Copying a previous application for other positions:If you have registered in our system and reuse a previous application to apply for other positions, please make sure all information in your application is updated, including your availability, contact information, and work history.
If the application form is not opening on your computer, you may have pop-up blocking software on your computer that is blocking the form from opening. Please look for instructions on your computer or within your software about how to disable your pop-up blocker.After you have completed and submitted your application, you should receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your application. If you do not receive this e-mail, your application has not been received by the Human Resources department. Please log out of the system, log in again and check your application tab.
