Customer Service Liaison
Department: Emergency Room
Schedule: Full-time
Shift: Evening shift
Hours: 5:00pm to 1:00am
Job Details: - High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Customer service skills are required
- Experience is preferred

The Customer Service Liaison is responsible for providing quality, patient centered customer service and assistance to patients, family members, and visitors of the Medical Center on a daily basis. They should display excellent customer service skills in all interactions.
