The Early Intervention RN provides developmental evaluations and home visits for children ages birth to three who experience developmental challenges. The RN assists in improving or restoring functioning, promoting health and development.
The RN completes individualized, age appropriate patient assessment; develops care plan based on assessment/history findings; delivers care; evaluates patient's response to care and revises as needed for patients from diverse cultural backgrounds. The RN is accountable for delivery of care as well as supervision of other personnel (clinical & non-clinical) in delivering/supporting the delivery of care during their assigned work period.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
Experience: Previous acute care nursing experience preferred.
Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Current Registered Nurse licensed with the State of Washington. Current BLS certification for HCP required.
