    This role is responsible for supervision, orientation, and education; and assists with performance evaluations of the Patient Services Coordinator team at Children's Village. Supervises daily operations to achieve top efficiency of production and patient satisfaction in a pediatric family-centered care model. Responsible for staff scheduling and day-to-day coverage of all service support areas at Children's Village. You will work as part of a team of  supervisors who collaborate on best practices and process improvement.


    Education:   High school diploma or equivalent.

    Experience: Business office experience preferred encompassing all phases (including computer knowledge), scheduling and medical records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred. Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred (Soarian, Cerner, Epic, etc.). Three years' experience in direct supervision of support staff preferred. Excellent leadership and teamwork skills desired. Hands on experience with office machines (fax machines, printers, etc.). High attention to detail and problem solving skills. Experience creating standard work processes preferred. Virginia Mason Production Model training preferred, or similar training for data-driven processes. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
