The Family Resource Coordinator is responsible for providing and maintaining information about available services from Children's Village, partner agencies, and the community for children and family members. The Family Resource Coordinator will provide information regarding the use of the health care system for children as well as provide assistance with securing primary care and referrals to other supportive services, accessing entitlements, insurance and completing forms and applications.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. BA or BS in nursing, social work, education, or relevant field preferred.
Experience: 2 years related experience preferred.
Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Washington State registration as a Family Resources Coordinator
Level of Business Knowledge/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of county resources recommended; Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
